1. SINGLE CHANNEL SIMPLEX (SCS)


The channel of communication, where the frequency used by both the transmitter and the receiver is same but will not work simultaneously, i.e. when the transmitter is transmitting the signal, receiver will be disconnected.


FREQ: SAME
WORKING: NOT SIMULTANEOUSLY

2. SINGLE CHANNEL DUPLEX (SCD)


The channel of communication, where the frequency used by both the transmitter and the receiver is same and will work simultaneously, i.e. when the transmitter is transmitting the signal, receiver will be disconnected.

3. DOUBLE CHANNEL SIMPLEX (DCS)


The channel of communication, where the frequency used by both the transmitter and the receiver is different but will not work simultaneously, i.e. when the transmitter is transmitting the signal, receiver will be disconnected.


FREQ: DIFFERENT
WORKING: NOT SIMULTANEOUSLY

4. DOUBLE CHANNEL DUPLEX (DCD)


The channel of communication, where the frequency used by both the transmitter and the receiver is different and both the transmitter and receiver will work simultaneously.


FREQ: DIFFERENT
WORKING: SIMULTANEOUSLY

5. HALF DUPLEX (HD)


Single Channel Simplex is also termed as Half Duplex.

6. FULL DUPLEX (FD)


Double Channel Duplex is also termed as Full Duplex
